※ Features of the ultrasonic automatic separator:

1.  It employs high-frequency ultrasonic vibration to separate the product from the sprue, without damaging the product’s surface.

2.  Fully automatic intelligent control system, with multiple modes configurable to meet diverse operating conditions.

3.  The automatic frequency-tracking ultrasonic separator, equipped with a high-power transducer, enables multiple rounds of separation and sorting, offering ease of use and more thorough separation.

4.  The blanking die is replaceable, the positioning fixture is adjustable and interchangeable, and the equipment boasts excellent compatibility, enabling multi‑purpose operation on a single machine.

5.  When equipped with a high-speed pick-and-place robot, it can achieve 12 molds per minute or more.

6.  Both the die-cast parts and the sprue material conveyor are made of stainless steel, ensuring a long service life.

7.  We offer a wide range of custom, non-standard solutions tailored to customer needs, available in both networked and standalone configurations.
