1. Integrated pickup and spray design—two functions in one device.
2. Arm‑swinging design, with servo‑motor control for direct in‑and‑out motion; simple structure and high speed, with a maximum speed of up to 13 molds per minute.
3. Pneumatic gripper assembly, easy to adjust and highly versatile.
4. Touchscreen operation allows for setting various parameters, real-time monitoring, and built-in fault self-diagnosis.
5. It can operate as a standalone unit or be integrated with die‑casting machines and automatic sprue‑separating machines to form a fully automated die‑casting production line.
6. Voltage: 380 V, power: approximately 1 kW, air pressure: 0.4–0.6 MPa.
